Each Ritual Graze board is made to order with carefully sourced, perishable ingredients. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request if preparation hasn’t yet begun.

Third-Party Shipping Disclaimer

For orders shipped via third-party carriers (too far for local delivery), Ritual Graze boards are carefully packaged to maintain freshness. We ship all orders using next-day or two-day expedited delivery to ensure they arrive as quickly and fresh as possible.

Once your order leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee delivery times or conditions, as shipping is handled by the carrier. While we take every precaution, Ritual Graze is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage during shipping.
